The NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet is an annual event organized by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).  The primary purpose of the NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet is to raise funds for the organization and support its mission to advance civil rights and eliminate racial discrimination. The event is celebratory in nature, builds awareness and advocacy, and supports community building.
